The best part is lectures and the inclusive system of lecturing. The worst part is the cost of living which is relatively high.

The best experience is when I went to the university at first day in to the advice zone. Basically, I’m international student and I’m coming from a normal educational institutions where not practicing English language too much. That’s the reason I could speak properly with them in English. But they guys understood it properly and told me whatever you need tried first and no worries it’s right or wrong.. mind it it’s your problem, so you need to solve it. Believe me, this advice helps me a lot. Now I’m fully confident about myself. And whatever I faced any problem, I take advice from advice zone. And of course, my course leader is undoubtedly very helpful person. On the other hand, I’ve also a worst experience from this university, when I called to the money advice team. I suffered for my financial problems and I explained them properly. Believe me, when I called them, I was so many expectations but they didn’t help me anything. They agreed with my all of issues but they told me they don’t help any international student, it’s only for National and EU students. A National or EU students takes so many facilities from Government and such university as well but a international student has no right to apply for access any facilities. And from money support team, they denied me for any help. That’s my best and worst experience from university of South Wales. Thank you.
