There is a strong international focus on the subjects we offer and a wide range of areas of expertise you can explore including Energy Law, International Commercial Law, International Law and Dispute Resolution.

If you want to specialise in these areas of Law we also offer specific pathways of the LLM Law degree.

Job Prospects

The LLM Law course will assist you in securing your first role within a law or business environment, or prepare you for further academic study. In an increasingly competitive jobs market, practitioners equipped with both understanding of commercially relevant aspects of law and strong professional skills are highly sought after.

The programme also provides the opportunity for lawyers in mid-career to acquire increasingly expected skills and knowledge while non-lawyers are assisted in the transition into specialist legal areas that complement their existing experience in business and commerce.
