Course highlights Taking a distinctively transnational, multi-jurisdictional approach to teaching, the programme examines the varying levels of energy ownership and environmental protection around the world. Delivered by internationally-renowned lecturers from Birmingham Law School, this programme will arm you with skills you need to respond to energy and environmental crises anywhere in the world. You should have, or expect to obtain, a 2:1 Honours degree in Law. Relevant equivalent study and professional experience can also be considered for entry. If you do not meet the standard entry criteria, you can still apply with a degree in an allied subject, provided you have relevant work experience in the sector.
