This LLM programme is specially designed for law and non-law graduates looking to gain a master’s in law, with an emphasis in employment law and practice. This unique LLM Employment Law and Human Resource Management will help you understand the legal framework that applies to corporate and business entities, taught by academic specialists from our Business School and Law School. Law UG 2:2 (LLB or international equivalent) OR Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting UG 2:2 without case-by-case assessment OR Other non-related UG 2:1 OR Other non-related UG 2:2 and relevant work experience (human resource management/ legal sector/finance sector/civil service/tax sector/arbitration) with case-by-case assessment. Relevant work experience, for example: 2 years or longer work experience in the following sectors (paid or unpaid/ managerial and non-managerial): Human resource management, Trade union, NGO or charitable organisation, Insurance, Finance, Debt restructuring, Banking, Accountancy, Insolvency, Civil service, Tax, Arbitration, Managerial work experience at least 2 years (paid or unpaid), Running own business at least 2 years.
