The Bournemouth University Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA) aims to develop critically informed, agile, and resourceful leaders who can successfully deal with the challenges faced in the workplace.

Qualifications gained upon completion: Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship Postgraduate Diploma in Business

The programme is funded by the employer, usually via the Apprenticeship Levy. The Top-Up MBA may be funded by the employer or the student.

Individuals should in the first instance discuss their application with their employer and follow any internal processes.

This will be followed by a Tripartite interview between the potential apprentice, the employer, and a representative from Bournemouth University. The interview will focus on current experience, future goals, and motivation to study.
