Core modules will elevate your foundational knowledge of policing to an expert level, including modules in Ethical Policing and Organisational Legitimacy, 21st Century Police Leadership and Strategy and Applied Research in Policing. Your optional modules will give you the chance to explore avenues of interest to build your career skillset, including Diplomacy in Historical Focus, Change Leadership, Terrorism in the 21st Century, and more. Your course will culminate in a final dissertation, negotiated with your tutor around your career aspirations and expertise.CareersAfter completing the MSc Police Leadership, you’ll be equipped with the critical and reflective skills, as well as a range of other transferable skills, that are attractive to employers.
