This new Level 4 HNC course develops the knowledge, understanding, and skills needed to manage and lead teams in modern business environments.It provides a strong foundation in leadership and management principles, along with specialist knowledge in areas such as strategic management, organisational behaviour, project management, and business decision-making.It is ideal for those moving into supervisory or management roles and supports current leaders seeking a recognised qualification, as well as aspiring managers and entrepreneurs.

A mixture of traditional and innovative assessment methods will be used, including individual and group presentations, discussions, report writing, case studies, presentations, research and project work, examinations, reflective journals and work-based projects. There are no examinations.
