The Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship will guide and inspire students to make positive differences to the lives of those who are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological or intellectual challenges. As part of the apprenticeship you may become the leader of a care team and will develop and implement a values-based culture at a service or unit level. You may be responsible for business development, financial control, organisational resilience and continuity as well as for managing risk and leading on organisational change.
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge needed to manage practice and lead others in adult health and social care provisions or in children and young people’s services.
