Best are the opportunities, the work experience side of things and having advise from people. Worst- student life anxiety

First I would say that the university faculty are really so nice and polite; they always deal and guide in a very good manner and properly. And I’m able to manage my tasks effectively and deliver results on time due to the professors; they teach us very well. The building of the university is very cosy. Besides this, I would say that the university needs to change the venue of their graduation ceremony hall… I’m a first-year student but I saw the graduation ceremony’s venue for my seniors; it doesn’t looks so ideal… I think it should be, like, historic, giving off royal vibes… students will definitely like it most.

The best parts about university at ARU are the interaction between a tutor and a student and how they have everything planned out for you. The student union is also very good, and the layout of the campus is quite simple and easy to go around. The only thing I can think of as a con is the late classes, for example, 9am - 6pm, or maybe you start at 5pm and end at 6pm, which you have to go in for. Overall everything else is good about Aru, especially the location, right next to food spots like KFC, Pepes Piri Piri, etc.

Best- lots of opportunities for getting yourself out there, being encouraged to make friends, find part time employment and make an impact on society. Continuous emails from student society’s about networking opportunities, charity events, volunteering and so much more. A big variety of sports clubs, onsite gym, plenty of socialising areas. As a law student, the law clinic is especially the most impressive aspect, offering aspiring lawyers invaluable work experience in the legal field, working with real-life client cases, whilst being mentored by a qualified solicitor. ARUCPD also a very motivating aspect, as students are constantly being reminded that ARU wants them to succeed, gain employability skills and experience. Improvements - slightly expensive meals, furniture above the eatery in HEL building need replacing, sofas and cushions are worn down, torn and not pleasing, the upstairs area can be reworked to make students more comfortable

The best part of studying at ARU is how supportive and approachable the lecturers are. The campus has a friendly atmosphere and the study spaces make it easy to focus. What could be improved is the social side sometimes it’s hard to meet new people or get involved in events. More small group or relaxed activities would make it easier for students to connect.
