The Law and Finance PGCert is a programme offered by the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS). This specialist programme will provide advanced professional postgraduate training if you wish to advance your career in the City of London, government or elsewhere in the public or private sector. You will also undertake independent original research for your dissertation, which will focus on an analysis of the law and finance.You will have access to an unparalleled set of optional short courses to equip you with practical training and technical skills that are highly valued in the financial sector.If you want to review or gain a broad understanding of financial and legal concepts, you can attend pre-sessional modules and have access to basic statistics and statistical software.You can choose the appropriate level of study for you, as we also offer an MSc in Law and Finance and a Diploma in Law and Finance.
