Details
You'll need to hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject. Applicants should also have commercial experience in one or more of the following skill sets: Business leadership, operations, and/or marketing; Software development; UI/UX and product design. Launchpad start-ups require an understanding of the world of entrepreneurship and business. Our typical applicants should have a minimum of five years of business experience with evidence of rapid career progression. We also welcome applicants with experience of working for or running their own start-up or venture capital.
