This programme is the first year of a four year undergraduate course. The first year takes place within UGIC, then, after successful completion of this, you will continue your degree directly with the university.
This course will give you an excellent grounding in the practical and technical skills required to support your continuation onto your chosen science degree.
International Year Zero (IYZ) Science will introduced you to laboratory practice and procedures with an emphasis on the need to work with regard to the safety of yourself and others. This course is subject to professional body approval.
