Graduate and embark on an exciting career.This course is for people who want to top-up a Foundation Degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management (or equivalent) to a full honours degree. It covers both academic theory and practical skills. Modules include ‘Gastronomy', ‘Leadership and Management for the Hospitality Industry’, ‘Service Quality and ‘e-Tourism’. These are valued by many employers, and prepare you for a range of careers upon graduation.
We also require three passes at GCSE grade C or above, which must include Mathematics and English Language, or an equivalent qualification, for example; a minimum of Level 2 Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number. If you have studied for a GCSE which has a numerical grade then you will need to achieve a grade 4 or above. Grades/points required
