The International Project Management MSc is designed to provide you with a strategic understanding of project management principles and applications in a practical and structured way.
In order to be able to make the necessary decisions of which method to use and when, project managers and project teams must have a deep knowledge and understanding of the different options available to them. The course will provide you with core knowledge around the foundations of project management, including the tools, techniques and processes that may be required. You will develop knowledge and solutions to ensure successful cross cultural team management and leadership, all with an international context embedded throughout.You will mirror realistic business contexts and develop a critical understanding of strategic project management. Looking at how to add value through the knowledge of emerging business and transformational change. The course is complimented by guest speakers from a range of industry and educational organisations attending lectures and seminars, providing examples of project management within industry.
Minimum entry requirement: 2:2 honours degree in a related subject. Interview - if your honours degree is in an unrelated subject.
