With the hospitality, tourism and events industries increasingly focusing on international visitors and technological developments, there is huge demand for managers who understand these sectors and how to tailor services for global visitors. Our hospitality and tourism course will give you a strong foundation of knowledge and skills across these areas. As you progress, you will be able to start forging your career in your preferred sector by studying an extensive range of specialist subjects, covering everything from gastronomy to bar management or creating event experiences.To help you put your learning into practice in the real world, you will have the chance to spend a year on a paid work placement, with exciting opportunities in the UK and around the globe.
