You will deepen your knowledge of a broad range of management issues in key areas, including:- international strategic management- marketing- finance and operations management- human resource management- accounting- managerial economics. This international business degree attracts students from both the public and private sectors, including administrators and managers, as well as entrepreneurs and the self-employed. Because it is taught entirely in the evening, you can combine your academic studies with other daytime commitments, including work, volunteering and interning, and other personal commitments. Evening study lets you use your days to gain invaluable practical experience in the workplace, so you can get a head start in a competitive job market, secure a promotion, or launch or expand your own business or social enterprise. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and career stages, so you will be learning alongside people with a wide range of experiences. This creates a stimulating, supportive learning environment and gives you unparalleled opportunities for networking and making contacts with other professionals. Our tutorial/seminar sessions also let you interact closely with your peers and develop insights into analysing and interpreting wide and varied topics in international business.If you opt for the Foundation Year route, this will fully prepare you for undergraduate study. It is ideal if you are returning to study after a gap, or if you have not previously studied the relevant subjects, or if you didn't achieve the grades you need for a place on your chosen undergraduate degree.
