You gain an understanding of the complex and changing context of HRM, and the importance of organisational culture, resilience and sustainability in turbulent business environments in an international context.You develop an awareness of contemporary HRM issues in readiness for being a future-thinking practitioner with cutting-edge knowledge of human resource developments.The applied element allows you to develop practice-based solutions to real-world problems. You take on a consultancy role, working on projects or internships, identifying opportunities and ideas, before going on to present strategic solutions to the client.
