Interior Architecture - BA (Hons)

University of Brighton

I am generally very happy with the Architecture Master's at Brighton. I am a part-time student, so I can't talk about all aspects of it, but for me it was a great experience so far, and I am excited to see what happens next and my final project! I consider myself very lucky with the choice I made by coming here!

Great vibe and welcoming atmosphere. Melting pot of cultures and diversity. Some buildings are a little tired, but overall have great facilities.

My overall experience at the university has been good, mostly due to the faculty and staff. The academics are personable, informed, and prepared to provide us the advice and information we require during our studies, and the staff is generally friendly, encouraging, and always happy to assist. Mithras house is not my favourite place to study, therefore that's one of its weaknesses. While a more open and stimulating school setting might better promote students' motivation and advancement, the area feels quite gloomy, closed off, and uninspired. In addition, there are few unappealing food alternatives, and the cafeteria is not always open. I am happy with my overall university experience aside from these issues.

University of Brighton is great because the uni is really open and close to the city centre which makes it easy to travel and experience new things. The facilities and staff are easy to reach and very supportive. I think opening times for Mithras house and library’s could be open later for people like me who prefer to study during the night and could be open 24/7 more often. Thank you.

The place is really inclusive and helpful for those who are introverted. I am shy and I feel very comfortable because everyone likes to talk and discuss with others. They are willing to make you feel good wherever you are.
