You will need a undergraduate degree with first class honours, or equivalent, in a discipline related to economics such as Economics, Maths, Engineering, Finance, and Physics. In exceptional cases candidates with a lower degree class could be considered as long as they show a very strong performance in technical and theoretical subjects, including those for a Masters degree. The degree should preferably contain some economics components including macroeconomics, microeconomics or econometrics.
