Course overview

: This course includes an integrated masters - you study three years at undergraduate level and one year at postgraduate level. Instrumentation and control engineers are responsible for the efficient and safe control of large-scale processes, from nuclear power stations, oil refineries and chemical plants to smaller operations such as manufacturing centres, breweries and food production facilities. You develop the skills to design and maintain advanced measurement and control systems, and learn how these are applied to multimillion-pound chemical and manufacturing plants.
