Designed for budding entrepreneurs, for those with family businesses that need transforming, and for those wanting to bring an innovative entrepreneurial mindset to their next job, this course will allow you to apply best practice approaches to your business proposals to maximise chances of success.It is a practical course, covering the process from generating new business ideas, developing, testing, and refining ideas, and designing the infrastructure, right through to launching the business. You will focus on how innovation can be exploited in technological and business contexts, to increase success for new product or services-based businesses.You will cover themes such as business modelling, sales, starting a new business, innovation, leadership and financial issues. Throughout your dissertation, you will rigorously develop your own business ideas, guided by experienced mentors, so that by the end of the course you will be in a strong position to launch your own business.
A 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
Candidates with a UK 2:2 (or equivalent) may be accepted upon demonstration of relevant professional experience.
