On this innovative LLM, you’ll explore how law responds to the challenges and opportunities of new technologies. You’ll develop both the theoretical grounding and practical skills to join this fast-moving field. By studying at Sussex, you’ll: gain up-to-date knowledge of key technological and legal developments explore issues around data governance, digital platforms and internet regulation examine how intellectual property law intersects with innovation, creativity and the digital economy learn from academics who weave their knowledge and research into course content develop skills to help you tackle complex legal problems.
