Organisational health can provide a business with the capability to outperform its competitors and stand out in the market.You will develop an in-depth knowledge of organisational types, objectives, and managerial and strategic approaches – and of course, you’ll learn about key HRM concepts and grapple with some common challenges in managing human resources, including the legal context in which HRM professionals work.Above all, you’ll acquire the skills to analyse and solve problems, the attitude and ability to succeed as a HRM professional and a keen awareness and appreciation of the considerations involved in managing people. You’ll then start to specialise in specific areas.
