This course will prepare you to navigate the complexities of managing organisational talent. You'll learn to understand both the internal and external factors that shape HRM. Join a Business School of leading academics who are shaping policy and practice. You'll be taught by nationally and internationally recognised scholars in a wide range of areas, including the behaviour of individuals, groups, teams and organisations, along with inter-organisational topics. We're committed to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). We incorporate global social responsibility and sustainability values into our teaching and research. By studying at Sussex, you will:
• gain insights into strategic HR practices such as recruitment, retention, diversity and organisational change
• explore the social, economic and cultural contexts influencing modern work environments
• assess and improve employee engagement strategies
