Directly aligned to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Developments (CIPD) knowledge requirements, the MSc in Human Resource Management offers you the opportunity to build your network. The programme is designed to develop your strategic thinking skills as you deepen your understanding of how human resource management creates competitive advantage for organisations.
By studying full-time, including day and evening attendance subject to timetabling, you will gain the knowledge requirements for Full Membership of the CIPD. The course places a strong emphasis on active learning and business application to complement theory.
Youll have the opportunity to attend an employment tribunal or other HR-related events you will also be required to attend on-campus CIPD events to enhance your knowledge and expand your professional network.
To study the full-time MSc, you will need one or more of the following: To have a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree with an interest in the area; OR have practical work / organisational experience at degree level; OR have an appropriate pre-Masters programme and have practical work / organisational experience at degree level.
