Applicants are normally graduates with at least one year's experience in a full-time HR role. Non-graduates require at least 3 years' experience in an HR role or a role with significant responsibility for people management. For Direct entrants for the MA: A Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution.
