Some issues with internal support for accessing programs, dealing with student registration etc. Basically just some admin issues that were difficult to get resolved. All the teaching staff that i have had in recent years have been excellent (bar a couple of outliers) and i've had some great support throughout my time at the university in undergrad and masters before I began the PhD here. Without this support i would not have known about the masters course, or been given the opportunity to complete the PhD.

1) Class recordings available in moodle could be better. 2) more cuisines could be made available for international students. 3) opening libraries for a longer time during exams. 4) Increasing the temperature of postgraduate study space in George green library 5) Have cultural collaborative events for the international students 6) A re-education week for international students to give them information on study/exam/essay requirement for their respective degree
