The Higher National Certificate in Quantity Surveying for England is a level 4 qualification that includes enhanced work-related curriculum that is designed to address an increasing need for high quality professional and technically competent staff. The course will provide you with the critical skills and practical competencies sought by employers and required for progression to further higher education study such as the HND in Quantity Surveying in England.This programme is an excellent progression option from the successful completion of the Level 3 BTEC National Certificate/Diploma or Extended Diploma in Construction or Civil Engineering. Preference will be given to merit grade students. Students with considerable experience with the industry will also be considered. This course is delivered either full-time two days per week over 1 year or part-time, one day per week over 2 years, making it an excellent option for those employed in the sector who are looking to further develop their skills.
