The Graduate Diploma in Art, Design and Creative Practice is a full-time, low-residency (blended) programme offering pathways in Communication Design, Contemporary Fine Art Practice, Design Innovation, and Interior and Architectural Studies. It supports creative individuals seeking to extend their practice, transition to postgraduate study, or advance careers in the creative industries. Students begin with a three-week intensive period on campus in Glasgow before continuing online through flexible, interactive learning. Guided by expert staff, they develop creative confidence, practical and critical skills, and a deeper understanding of cultural and contextual issues. Graduates emerge as imaginative, responsible practitioners prepared for further study or professional practice. Students achieving 120 credits at Level 10 with Merit or above are guaranteed progression to a relevant GSA postgraduate taught programme. All degree programmes are validated by the University of Glasgow.
