The Management Consultancy Project provides you with the opportunity to apply your learning to a real, complex organisational issue that is unfolding whilst you are undertaking your studies. You will formulate and define the organisational challenge through interviews with key stakeholders who experience and engage with the organisational challenge on a regular basis. You will then examine the organisational challenges through relevant theoretical contexts. Following this, you will design and execute an appropriate research design capable of investigating the organisational challenge through engagement with experts and stakeholders who can provide relevant information. You will then interpret and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders, following up with them to agree the next steps. Throughout this module, you will work closely with a supervisor, a contact within an organisation and your peers on the programme to meet the dual demands of the module and the dynamic organisational challenges.
