Best : There’s many places to study for example the library and the Shack which makes it ideal to go in university and have quite study session. Also there’s many events every week to socialise and make new friends. Worst : getting food and snacks cost a lot as it’s located in central London.

Getting to know lots of knew people as well as learning more about a subject I’ve been interested in for a long time from experts in different fields. Worst part may be the affects of strike action limiting part of my student experience of not only going into learn but also meeting people.

The best part about king’s is the location which actually has little to do with the uni. Studying right next to Covent Garden was a dream come true and you have so many experiences at your fingertips. That being said, for such an expensive life, King’s needs some serious upgrades. If you don’t have classes in the swanky new Bush House, chances are you’re in a lecture theatre underground, sitting on a folding chair from the 70s. The admin is appalling - in 2nd year I didn’t even get my timetable until the 2nd week of term. Campus restaurants are great with pretty good food, but they moved the campus bar from a glorious spot overlooking the Thames to some kind of underground bunker and uni nightlife hasn’t been the same since. I’ve had a good time here as it attracts a good bunch of people, but the university needs to adapt to the current century and also stop paying the principal £400,000+ which causes lecturers to (rightfully) strike to try and get a living wage.

King's college London has been a really good experience, but we had to do a lot of hard work to keep up with the studies. I am living in a private accommodation, so I don't really know anything about that. the students union is good,

The lectures are small and articulate, making easier to contact the lecturer but the lecture rooms need refurbishment. London has a lot to offer but its quite expensive. The support services I haven't really used them because I didn't know they exist they don't advertise much. I don't think that coming from KCL will help me any more than coming from any other uni.
