Our MA in European Union Studies provides an in-depth grounding in the politics and policy of the EU.The course covers the intricate politics, institutions, law and policies of the European Union. The international and global political context in which the EU operates is also addressed.As a student on this European Union Studies master's you'll develop knowledge of three central themes: European integrationpublic policy in the EU, the EU as an international actorYou'll gain skills in:social science methods and methodologies, international and regional studies politicsanalysis, evaluation and interpretation of principal source materials, planning, conducting and communicating original research.The course is highly valued by employers who require staff with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the European Union and its institutions and procedures.
