This degree programme is designed to give graduates technical, managerial and entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. The programme helps equip students to develop innovative engineering products and solutions and turn them to financial advantage. The programme is designed for graduates with a first degree in a relevant numerate subject. The programme combines excellent engineering education in areas that are key to developing new technologies (namely, advanced materials, renewable energy, biomedical engineering and robotics), with modules in project management and entrepreneurship. These are combined to equip students with the fundamentals and skills required to manage innovation. Students undertake a group and an individual project with a focus on innovation.
