In this course, you'll add business and management skills to your technical background, learning about project control, supply chain management, risk management and quality optimisation. Plus, you'll learn soft skills including how to negotiate, collaborate, communicate effectively, handle conflicts and politics and manage change.
You'll work on a real-world, sponsored project that includes both research and practice and is a chance to impress both your lecturers and future employers.
