the lectureres can be hard to understand and teach in an engaging and relevent way, and there is less push to adapt to ai as it is so relevent to our future yet is not touched on there is a great program in getting jobs and in industrys, and a high social focus at uni with many programs and events to network and socalise better which is invaluable, and the city is a social hub which is great fun.

Lots going on and lots to do. Many great societies and way to meet people. City has lots to offer. Love that it’s a campus uni within a city. Great study spaces on campus.

Great place to study: - My course gives the opportunity of optional modules to tailor your degree to your specific interests, e.g finance for my economics degree - Small classroom settings for seminars and academic advisor sessions allow students to make connections with other students and feel supported - Opportunities for trips and an amazing global team offering experiences such as summer abroad, semester abroad and year abroad - My director of studies is extremely organised and sends emails to remind students of deadlines, important information and upcoming opportunities - Career-enhancing sessions to go to always, including guest speakers, mock interviews, employability speakers How it could be improved: - I would prefer shorter length lectures e.g an hour or an hour and a half as oppose to two hour lectures as, especially when they are back, I struggle to concentrate as well - More consistency throughout the lecturers with giving breaks in lectures - Some of the older buildings could do with some maintenance - Some seminars are given by pHD students who don't deliver the content as well as the lecturers do/sometimes the teaching is inconsistent between lectures and seminars, maybe there could be more monitoring of this

Its a great university which affords me a great experience both on and off campus. There are so many facilities which students can take advantage of. The worst aspect is the lack of clarity on where to access support sometimes.

Very friendly people, with good student support services. The buildings are impressive however parts are a little outdated. The guild is small and doesn’t have much going on.
