Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) is a leading UK and International university and is a member of the prestigious Russell Group of Universities. Its history goes back to 1785, when it was originally four different colleges which have merged over the years. The University was born in London, and has five campuses in the city, but has expanded to include campuses in China, Malta and Paris. It has 26,000 students and 4,500 members of staff, from over 160 countries, making it a truly global community. It is divided into the following four faculties, each of which is divided into a number of different schools.
