Peter Symonds College is one of the largest sixth form colleges in the UK, with approximately 4,000 students studying on its two Winchester-based campuses. Its Adult & Higher Education Division (AHED) is a leader in developing affordable higher education for students of all ages and academic levels. The college offers Access to Higher Education diploma courses for students aged 19+ in a wide range of subjects, including: Humanities, Nursing & Midwifery, and Primary Teaching. It also offers both Foundation and full honours degree programmes in a range of subjects, including: Management & Business; Sport Injury & Treatment; Early Years; Teaching & Learning Support; Inclusive & Special Education; Insurance; and Counselling. Programmes are delivered on a part-time basis, allowing students to continue working – and gaining valuable experience - alongside their studies.
