"Our Early Childhood Studies with Early Years Practitioner Status with a Foundaton Year is accredited by Social Care Wales and offers opportunities for students to engage with infants, toddlers, young children and their families. Students spend a minimum of 700 hours on placement in settings such as early childhood centres and primary schools over the 4-year programme and are required to demonstrate competency in National Occupational Standards. This degree is designed for the student who wants to play a vital role in the education and support of young children in a professional capacity. Graduating students earn the Early Years Practitioner Status qualification which means you will be fully qualified to immediately enter the workforce in a range of early childhood settings.
