Dental public health is a speciality of dentistry. Dental public health deals with the prevention of oral disease, promotion of oral health, and improvement of quality of life.
Our Dental Public Health Masters is a one-year course. This has a focus on improving dental public health practices, systems, and cross-sector collaboration.

As a Dental Public Health student, you will learn alongside students in Public Health from the School of Medicine. This will help you develop a holistic approach to healthcare that will benefit you throughout your career.
A UK Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1) degree OR a UK Medical degree. Your degree should be in dentistry, dental therapy/hygiene, the social sciences, and medical science. Applications will also be considered from others who, although not graduates, are exceptionally well qualified in terms of seniority and experience.
