Best aspects - almost everything about the uni. Worst aspects? Maybe the student social life could be a bit more vibrant? I guess it's different for mature students.

Good support provided by staff, both for education and for settling in to the new country. Could provide accomodation for students coming in with families.

One of the best aspects of my university experience so far has been the supportive learning environment. The lecturers are approachable and genuinely want students to succeed, especially in a technical course like Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

It's been great so far, I see a University that prides itself with getting better at every field, from customer service, student support and mental health.

The University and the student union offers variety of opportunities for the new students to interact with others, whether it be in an academic or social capacity. The student support is also fabulous, any queries raised via mail get a reply ASAP, and within 1 business day at the latest. Most professors actually care about the students and will actively listen to their grievances. Though the same can't be said for most of the student union members. The worst experience that I had would be when I was facing a problem and was told to contact the student union. Now I didn't have high expectations, but being ghosted by the union rep broke my spirit. It was a tough time and I had to rely on my professor's guidance to help me out. The professors don't get paid to solve the sort of problem I had, it mostly comes under Student union's responsibilities, but the professor I was contacting was more than willing to spend a couple hours with me for a few days to work on it. Which is way more effort than replying to a text message, which the student union rep ignored.

The best part of my uni experience has been how SuBu officers have supported international students. I like that the school organises lots of programs like GSPs that helps the development of students. Most of the lecturers are accommodating are always ready to help students. The worst part, I think international students should be given more payment plans like four or five to make paying our fees better because we always have to deal with crazy exchange rates. If you are from a country like mine where individuals are not allowed to own foreign account because it's not helpful for the economy.
