Our joint honours programme in criminology and sociology provides a comprehensive and academically informed approach to these pressing questions.At Kent, you'll be taught by world-leading academics and experienced criminal justice professionals - including those drawn from Kent Police, the London Metropolitan Police, HMP Prisons Service, the Ministry of Justice, the Probation Service, the legal profession and charities supporting victims and communities. We offer one the most cutting-edge Sociology programmes in the UK, being taught by world-class experts researching the most pressing issues facing society today means you are kept in touch with the newest developments and debates on the issues our society faces. As a result you are given a kick-start in jumping into these debates and finding solutions.On our criminology and sociology degree you will consider the criminal justice system and explore theoretical positions within sociology and criminology.
