Our MSc Construction Project Management course is designed to support your professional development and provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in today’s globalised and ever-changing construction industry.As a construction project manager, you will learn to handle the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects.The projects you work on could range from agricultural, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, or environmental.The course provides a broad, thorough foundation in the fundamentals required for successfully organising and managing construction projects, such as strong communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of the building process and the ability to problem-solve.You will also study the latest technology implementation and innovation, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D printing.
You should have an honours degree (2:2 or above) in a built environment subject, including:
construction project management
construction management
quantity surveying
building surveying
architecture
architectural technology
civil and environmental engineering
property management
urban development.
We may also offer you a place based on relevant experience or training, normally from within the work environment. All applications are considered individually.
