Applicants should have a 2:2 Degree or equivalent in a construction or an engineering discipline that demonstrates an awareness of construction processes and procedures. Applicants with non-standard degrees must complete bridging course module which meets Chartered Institution Of Building requirements.

The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is an international, multi-campus university leading the way in contemporary postgraduate learning.
