Qualified nurses provide, lead and coordinate care, and high-quality nursing care is key to the success of patient recovery. Having the right mix of knowledge and skills is therefore hugely important to ensure the people you care for have positive clinical outcomes. This course supports qualified nurses in Singapore to develop their knowledge and skills so they are able to take their career in nursing to the next level. The course will support you in your path to become an expert clinical decision-maker, able to autonomously manage and lead healthcare practice. The course will be delivered in a blended mode, with a combination of face-to-face teaching at the Ngee Ann Academy in Singapore, supplemented by additional online teaching and e-learning activities. Applicants based in Singapore will study alongside UK and other international nurses enrolled on the onshore course at London through the sessions delivered online. The course will provide you with the knowledge you need to ensure the care you provide is compassionate, evidence-based and person-centred. Youll also learn about the use of digital strategies in healthcare, and be able to engage with institutional and wider cultures that promote patient safety and care.

This Masters course provides advanced study for those who hold a current registration as a nurse, either in the UK or an international healthcare setting. The MSc Clinical Nursing course offers a flexible study pathway that builds on your existing clinical experience and skills, enabling you to lead and support the development and subsequent delivery of evidence-based practice. The course aims to support you as you progress towards more senior practitioner level and beyond and provides a framework within which you can acquire and demonstrate both generic transferable competencies and those specific to your area of practice.
