Overview

The new updated CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development qualification offers the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by Learning and Development professionals. It aims to extend and foster a deeper level of understanding and application to naturally progress learners’ expertise, so they are able to evolve into L&D leaders and managers.

The course is delivered in a blended learning format with a mixture of face to face classes, tutorials and online learning activity.

The Level 5 Diploma is suitable for those who have progressed from a Level 3 training qualification and/or candidates that have suitable/relevant experience within learning and development.

How will I be assessed?

Assessment Method: A combination of written and practical assessment activity for each unit. Assessment is based on continuous course work and evidence must be work based/related.

Career Prospects

The Level 5 Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development provides the knowledge towards Associate Professional membership of CIPD. Learners may progress to other higher education study or CIPD qualifications at Level 7.
