COURSE OVERVIEW
This programme is aimed at those working, or intending to work, in the field of childhood and youth services or education. If you are passionate about children and young people, enjoy working in settings where they are and you are person centred, flexible, creative and independent, then this is the employment sector for you.
Course assessment
A range of assessment methods are used from reports and essays to presentations and portfolios. Typically each unit has two forms of assessment attached to it. The assessments have been carefully designed to support and develop your skills in independent thinking and learning.
Upon successful completion of the course you will receive BA (Hons) Childhood Studies awarded by Sheffield Hallam University.
