This chemical engineering degree will equip you to become a professional engineer able to solve real problems with practical solutions.

Our three-year degree in chemical engineering explores a range of topics relevant to cutting-edge research, new technologies and emerging growth areas in chemical engineering. These topics include engineering science, particle technology, management, pharmaceutical development and bioengineering.Our undergraduate engineering courses share common Year 1 modules. You will then have the choice of continuing on the same course or switching to another if it better matches your interests. With the skills of a professional engineer, you'll be equipped to enter careers in the chemical and process engineering, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries.

- This course has been designed in consultation with the IChemE and leading companies- Our hands-on teaching approach is central to the educational experience at the Faculty of Engineering and Science- Chemical engineering is all about converting raw materials into useful products you use every day in a safe and cost-effective way- This course is taught at our Medway Campus in Chatham Maritime, Kent.
