One of the best aspects of my experience studying Business Management at the University of Salford has been how practical and career-focused the course is. Many of the modules are closely linked to real-world business situations, which has helped me build skills that feel directly relevant to employment. The lecturers are generally supportive and approachable, and they bring industry experience into their teaching, which makes the learning more engaging and useful. I’ve also really valued the diversity of students on the course, as working with people from different backgrounds has improved my teamwork, communication, and global business awareness. Another positive has been the university’s strong links with industry. Opportunities such as guest speakers, networking events, and employability support have helped me feel more prepared for life after graduation. The campus itself is modern and well-located, with good study spaces and facilities that make it a comfortable environment to learn in. However, there are areas that could be improved. At times, communication between departments can be inconsistent, particularly around assessment feedback and timetable changes. Some feedback on assignments can feel quite brief, which makes it harder to clearly understand how to improve. In addition, while there are many support services available, it can sometimes be confusing to know where to go for specific help. Overall, the University of Salford is a great place to study because it focuses strongly on employability, practical learning, and student support. Improving communication clarity and providing more detailed, timely feedback would make the student experience even better.

The university is so good specially for international students great location all the facilities are available in campus good internet speed highly recommended

I really like how not only do they focus on trying their best in helping students get the best possible degrees but also how they care about students in general by offering friendly support
