You will start to build your leadership capabilities and develop an understanding of the global businesS environment, organisational culture, business growth, marketing and enterprise.During your second and final year you will develop your strategic management skills and specialist HR knowledge. There will be opportunities to work with businesses on strategic initiatives, develop your understanding of financial decision making and, as well as operations management and sustainable business.Relationships are at the heart of our programme and we will work closely with local businesses to ensure you have up-to-date knowledge and a solid network of professional contacts upon graduation.
