You will acquire the skills to become an effective people manager and put these into practice through industry aligned projects.People are the lifeblood of any organisation. c lead teams and create high performing work environments. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the responsible management of workers within multinational companies and the impact of international regulation on HRM policy and practice.During your first year you will study core modules that will help build the foundation of your knowledge.
