This course offers a wide variety of modules on topics including entrepreneurial decision-making, managing innovation, doing business in the digital economy, developing digital projects, effective business model design, growth strategies in international markets, business planning as well as core business topics. You’ll gain an overall view of entrepreneurial activities and explore different ways to approach innovation management and embed digital tools into the business models.You’ll also learn how to consider financial and institutional systems in supporting entrepreneurship in different economies and gain an analytical framework for implementing innovation in the organisations of various types.
